Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer

Job Responsibility:

We are seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer who will be developing and implementing marketing automation solutions and email campaigns, deliver personalized and automated customer experiences using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

In this role, you will:

• Lead the requirement gathering workshop with the business customers
• Ability to create a solution based on client requirements (e.g. data flows, journeys, etc.)
• Implement, configure, and maintain Data Cloud integrations: mapping new data sources, understanding entity relationships, and ensuring accurate data flow into SFMC and MCP.
• Cross-channel communications using all modules in Salesforce Marketing Cloud including but not limited to Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Content Builder and Contact Builder.
• Responsible for day-to-day operations of SFMC, including data and system management and reporting.
• Actively participating in project design meetings providing vision and guidance

What you'll need to succeed (required skills)

• 5+ years Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience for both transactional and marketing notification with Email and SMS.
• Demonstrable experience in SFMC development, including expertise in AMPscript, SSJS, GTL, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with managing dynamic content with Marketing Cloud.
• Experience working on different integration patterns with Enterprise systems (Customer Data, etc)
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certifications.
