What Will You Do?
As an Business Development Representative working hybrid in our Lethbridge office , you'll:
- Respond to inbound insurance leads (primarily over the phone)
- Perform risk discovery analysis on new clients for optimal coverage options
- Provide timely, accurate, and easily understood insurance quotes to prospects
- Utilize Applied Systems (Epic) software for managing client information and insurance processes
To be successful in this role, our minimum requirements are:
- A level 1 Alberta Insurance License or above
- 1 year of experience as an insurance broker
Your success in this role will be enhanced if you have:
- Additional insurance licenses and/or relevant experience
- Experience with Applied Systems (Epic)
- Proficiency in insurance company portals
