Tu aimes créer des liens et faire rayonner la main-d'œuvre francophone du Yukon?
Rejoins-nous en tant qu'agente ou agent de projets pour accompagner les employeuses et les employeurs yukonnais dans leurs recrutements et contribuer à l’intégration professionnelle des francophones.Tu participeras à des projets de promotion du territoire, à des événements de réseautage et à des salons, au niveau local, national et international.
Responsabilités
- Gérer des projets de promotion du territoire et participer à des événements de réseautage et à des salons de l’emploi et de recrutement au niveau local, national et international.
- Établir des relations avec les employeuses et les employeurs yukonnais pour les sensibiliser et les soutenir dans le recrutement et la rétention de la main-d'oeuvre francophone.
- Coordonner la production et la diffusion d’outils promotionnels et de ressources d’information en français et en anglais.
- Préparer et effectuer des présentations publiques.
- Organiser des séances d’information, des conférences et des événements.
- Aiguiller les personnes immigrantes et migrantes dans leur processus d’intégration économique.
- Collaborer avec des partenaires.
- Faire de la représentation et du réseautage.
- Rédiger des rapports.
Profil
- Diplôme ou expérience équivalente dans un domaine pertinent au poste (ressources humaines, gestion de projets, communication, marketing).
- Expérience en immigration économique, employabilité ou services aux personnes nouvellement arrivées, un atout.
- Expérience et compréhension des enjeux liés à la gestion des ressources humaines.
- Expérience en gestion de projets, d’événements et de budgets.
- Expérience en supervision de personnes contractuelles.
- Expérience dans la relation avec le public et la collaboration avec des partenaires communautaires, privés et gouvernementaux.
- Ouverture à l’identité culturelle, linguistique, sociale et identitaire.
- Initiative, dynamisme et sociabilité.
- Excellente maîtrise du français et de l’anglais (oral et écrit).
Début de l’emploi : Dès que possible
Horaire : 32 heures/semaine - Semaine de 4 jours
Conditions spéciales
Possibilité d’un remboursement d’une partie des frais de déplacement vers Whitehorse.
Préférence aux personnes légalement autorisées à travailler au Canada.
