Become a strategic leader in compensation at IGM Financial in Toronto. This senior role involves managing innovative compensation programs across asset management to attract and retain top talent. As the Director of Compensation, you will enhance IGM’s compensation strategies while leading a dedicated team. Your focus will be on managing corporate compensation programs and providing expertise to business units. Use your analytical skills to develop compensation solutions which drive performance and align with business goals. Key Responsibilities: • Advise HR on compensation strategies for asset management • Design IGM’s sales compensation programs to meet strategic goals • Lead a team managing execution of incentive plans • Collaborate with finance and analytics for accurate compensation calculations • Improve the technology tool for sales incentive management Requirements: • 7-10 years in employee compensation roles • University degree in business or related fields • Strong analytical skills for interpreting compensation data • Experience with sales compensation programs • Proactive, decision-making leadership experience Drive IGM's compensation initiatives while ensuring competitive packages for top talent in Toronto. #J-18808-Ljbffr
