Join Doane Grant Thornton as a Partner in the Private Company Assurance Group. This role involves strategic leadership and engagement with privately held businesses across Northern Ontario.
We are looking for a seasoned professional who has developed deep trust and expertise in Assurance services, particularly with owner-managed businesses. Your responsibilities will include advising clients on complex financial reporting and leading a high-performing team. This is an exceptional opportunity to make a significant impact within the firm.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the Assurance practice for privately held companies
• Offer strategic insights on financial compliance and growth
• Cultivate deep client relationships and new business opportunities
• Collaborate across the firm for comprehensive client solutions
• Mentor and lead a team in delivering high-quality services
Requirements:
• University Degree and CPA license essential
• 10+ years of experience in a Canadian firm
• Proven ability to cultivate business and client relationships
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Commitment to teamwork and professional development
