Remote Associate Vice President, Retail Tech

Lead technology strategy for retail operations with Federated Co-operatives Limited as the Associate Vice President, Retail and Consumer Solutions. This remote role supports innovation in customer engagement and e-commerce across Canada. Federated Co-operatives Limited is on the lookout for a strategic leader in technology, filling the position of Associate Vice President, Retail and Consumer Solutions. You will guide a team of Org Leaders and over 60 IT professionals while ensuring alignment of technology with retail needs. Key responsibilities include overseeing a $50M technology portfolio and enhancing service delivery in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

Provide leadership for technology needs across local Co-op operations
Drive technology transformation goals and enhance capabilities
Manage the retail technology portfolio for optimal business impact
Oversee technology lifecycle and stakeholder engagement processes
Ensure reliable service delivery aligned with strategic priorities

Requirements:

15+ years in IT with retail technology experience
University Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
Proven leadership in transformative retail technology
Certifications like ITIL or PMP preferred
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
