Manager, Assurance Qualité à Distance

Ce rôle à distance implique une direction d'équipe et une supervision de projets qualité complexes. Le Manager, Assurance Qualité est responsable de la gestion et du développement d'une équipe de spécialistes QA. Il supervise la conformité des activités liées aux autorisations de médicaments et assure la libération de produits. Ce poste exige une communication claire avec les clients et une gestion proactive des priorités changeantes. Key Responsibilities:

Gérer les tâches quotidiennes des spécialistes QA seniors
Assurer la conformité avec les règlements de Santé Canada
Superviser la libération de produits sur le marché canadien
Identifier et résoudre les problèmes qualité de manière proactive
Fournir des consultations expertes sur les questions de qualité

Requirements:

Diplôme en pharmacie ou domaine connexe
Minimum 10 ans d’expérience en assurance qualité
Au moins 3 ans d’expérience en gestion d'équipe
Connaissance des exigences de Santé Canada
Expérience en audits de fournisseurs souhaitée
