As our Procurement Lead, you'll take ownership of our procurement function and help shape how materials, equipment, and services flow through the organization.You'll be:
Leading purchasing activities that support operations and project deliveryDeveloping smarter procurement processes and systemsNegotiating supplier agreements and commercial termsBuilding strong, long-term supplier partnershipsIdentifying opportunities to reduce costs while maintaining quality and reliabilitySupporting inventory planning and long-lead procurement strategiesTracking procurement performance and driving continuous improvementCollaborating with Operations, Engineering, Inventory, Production, and Project Management teams to solve challenges and create efficienciesThis is a role for someone who enjoys balancing the big picture with the details that keep a business moving.Who You Are
You're a natural relationship builder who can negotiate confidently, influence effectively, and make data-driven decisions.You likely bring:5+ years of procurement, purchasing, or supply chain experienceExperience within manufacturing, industrial, construction, energy, or project-based environmentsA strong understanding of strategic sourcing and supplier managementExperience negotiating contracts, pricing, and commercial agreementsConfidence working with ERP/MRP systems and procurement dataA continuous improvement mindset and the ability to challenge the status quoBonus points if you have post-secondary education in Supply Chain, Commerce, Business, or an SCMP/CPSM designation.What Success Looks Like
