Medtronic seeks a Creative Media & Design Principal to lead motion graphics, 3D animation, and video production for integrated marketing campaigns. The role combines strategic creative direction with hands-on execution of digital experiences, requiring expertise in visual storytelling and multimedia production across interactive platforms.
Responsibilities
- Conceive, design and execute motion graphics, 3D animation, video and interactive applications for customer-facing channels
- Translate marketing strategies and complex product concepts into engaging visual narratives
- Develop and recommend creative approaches that leverage motion, technology and emerging interactive media
- Design and deliver interactive digital experiences with attention to functionality and user intuition
- Collaborate with marketing, product, design and cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive creative delivery
Requirements
- Advanced expertise in motion graphics, 3D animation, and video production
- Strong visual storytelling and creative concept development skills
- Experience designing and developing interactive applications and digital experiences
- Proficiency with creative technology tools and emerging media platforms
- Ability to balance creative innovation with brand, regulatory, and industry constraints
- Demonstrated project management from concept through final execution
- Cross-functional collaboration and strategic partnership experience
Compensation: $101,920 - $127,400 base
