Deine Aufgaben als Area Sales Manager

Deine Hauptaufgabe besteht in der Ansprache neuer B2B-Partner durch die Direktakquise im Außendienst. Dein Kunden-Portfolio umfasst dabei 3 Bereiche: Lebensmitteleinzelhandel, Tankstellen und Wohnungsbaugesellschaften.
Das heißt konkret:

Du bist ca. 4 Tage pro Woche im Außendienst unterwegs.
Von der Erstansprache bis zum Vertragsabschluss bist du für deine Kunden verantwortlich.
Dabei erarbeitest du für deine regionalen Partner maßgeschneiderte Lösungen unter Berücksichtigung der lokalen Gegebenheiten.
Außerdem repräsentierst du deinen Arbeitgeber auf regionalen Branchenveranstaltungen , Messen und Konferenzen .
Last but not least: Du baust dein Netzwerk zu relevanten Kontakten in deiner Region .
Du treibst durch deine Ideen & dein Verkaufstalent das rapide Wachstum deines Arbeitgebers weiter voran!

Das bringst du mit

Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Außendienst , idealerweise im Direktvertrieb/Flächenakquise .
Erfahrung im Dienstleistungsvertrieb .
Wohnsitz in der gesuchten Region.
Ausgeprägtes Verhandlungsgeschick und Kundenorientierung.
Hands-on-Mentalität, strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise.
Fließendes Deutsch & Englisch von Vorteil, für Optimale Kommunikation mit Kunden im Team.
Bereitschaft für regelmäßige Außendienstfahrten und Übernachtungen .
Führerschein Klasse B .
