Regional Vice President of Wealth Management

In this role, you will manage a portfolio of advisor practices, partnering closely with the President of CI Wealth. Your efforts will be pivotal in advancing business objectives, improving operations, and supporting advisors’ endeavors to create exceptional client experiences. You will also focus on developing future talent within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and mentor financial advisors within your region
• Track advisor productivity against KPIs
• Partner with advisors to create aligned business strategies
• Assist in sales growth and client retention
• Ensure adherence to operational and compliance policies
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree; advanced designation is a plus
• 7-10+ years in advisor-facing roles
• Success in driving sales and managing teams
• In-depth knowledge of practice management
• Experience with financial services regulations
