Marketing and Communications Coordinator

EERS 2LIVE is redefining the MRI experience through advanced audio, communication, and patient-centered technologies, supporting diagnostic MRI, interventional MRI, remote scanning, and research applications. The company is seeking a versatile marketing professional to help build and scale brand presence across digital, clinical, conference, and commercial channels, as well as build and manage a team of Sales Development Representatives.

Role Summary

Reporting to the Director of Commercialization & Strategic Partnerships, the Manager of Marketing & Communications will support execution of EERS 2LIVE’s marketing initiatives, combining content creation, digital marketing, conference support, brand development, and sales enablement. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, technically curious, and comfortable in a fast-paced medtech environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with commercialization, engineering, and clinical teams to translate technical/clinical concepts into clear marketing language; maintain brand consistency across channels
• Lead Generation & Pipeline: track inbound and outbound leads, including marketing qualified leads (MQLs), through the pipeline
• Website & Content: manage/update the company Web site, product pages, news, case studies, and clinical content
• Improve SEO and UX; coordinate with developers, designers, and external partners
• Team Leadership: oversee Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) driving outbound pipeline generation
• Creative & Sales Assets: produce photo, video, and graphic assets; maintain a marketing content library; develop brochures, one-pagers, product sheets, and social content; design investor/customer/conference presentations
• Conferences & Events: support conference planning, logistics, booth setup, and follow-up communications
• Documentation & Proposals: refine internal/external documentation; support proposal formatting, partnership materials, and case studies

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, Design, or related field
• 4+ years of marketing, communications, or content development experience
• Strong written and visual communication skills
• Photography, videography, or content editing experience is a strong asset
• Working knowledge of MQL processes and pipeline reporting
• Proficiency with presentation software (PowerPoint, Keynote, Canva, etc.)
• Familiarity with website platforms and content management systems
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, or similar tools is an asset
• Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently
• Availability for occasional travel
