Remote Delinquency Resolution & Negotiation Specialist

Ford

Ford Credit Canada is seeking a Customer Service Representative - Account Maintenance to manage early-stage delinquency portfolios, negotiate payment arrangements, and provide professional expertise to help customers get back on track while upholding Ford Credit Canada's reputation.

The role is full-time remote with in-person training in Edmonton; you will handle inbound and outbound calls, collaborating with dealers to resolve balances and preserve customer trust.
