Junior Sales Representative

The Junior Sales Representative develops relationships with government and commercial prospects across Canada. The role focuses on verifying and nurturing leads, qualifying opportunities, maintaining accurate CRM records, coordinating follow-up, and bringing senior sales team members into opportunities at the right stage. As the representative develops, they will support RFPs and proposals and progressively take ownership of smaller responses.

What You Will Do

Research, verify, and engage assigned government and commercial contacts, building relationships through professional outreach and consistent follow-up.

Qualify opportunities, respond to inbound and trade-show leads, schedule discovery calls and demos, and involve senior sales team members when an opportunity becomes engaged or qualified.

Maintain complete and accurate records in the Offerio Sales CRM and continue coordinating account communication, meetings, next steps, proposals, purchase orders, and follow-up.

Learn Blu AI Technologies products and support RFPs, RFQs, EOIs, and proposals, progressing toward drafting smaller responses for senior review.

What We Are Looking For

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence communicating by phone, email, video call, and LinkedIn with public-sector and commercial contacts.

Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with consistent follow-through and the discipline to keep CRM activity and next steps current.

Willingness to learn Blu AI Technologies products, government procurement and RFP processes, and sectors such as oil and gas, construction, and manufacturing. Structured product and proposal training is provided.
