Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Office Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service while assisting customers with their purchases and inquiries. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
- Provide knowledgeable answers to customer inquiries regarding products and services.
- Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring merchandise is properly displayed.
- Handle customer complaints with professionalism, offering solutions to enhance their shopping experience.
- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and administrative duties as needed.
- Assist with front desk operations, including answering phone calls and managing customer support inquiries.
- Good working knowledge of our online social media presence.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for effective customer interaction.
- Proficiency in clerical tasks, including data entry and filing systems.
- Ability to type efficiently and accurately while multitasking in a busy environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to maintain an orderly workspace.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to retail operations.
