Direct Support Worker Level 2

The Direct Support Staff  Level 2 serves as a senior member of the Homestead for Hope team, providing advanced resident care, leadership in programming, and direct support to the Programming Director. This role carries primary responsibility for facilitating teaching, supporting resident development at a deeper level, and assisting in the oversight of resident wellness in collaboration with a Nurse Practitioner. In addition, this role provides guidance, mentorship, and day-to-day support to Level 1 Direct Support Staff, helping ensure consistency, confidence, and effectiveness across all shifts. Working closely with both residents and staff, the Level 2 Direct Support Staff ensures the integrity, consistency, and effectiveness of programming while modeling maturity, stability, and Christ-centered leadership. Choose Life Ministry is a small, biblically-based, residential program for women seeking freedom from life-controlling issues, located in a rural setting in Southeastern Saskatchewan. We expect the highest level of integrity in our staff and operate according to the values of love, trust, excellence, accountability, and freedom.
