Strategic Delivery Director at Backbase

Lead customer success as a Strategic Delivery Director at Backbase. Engage with C-level executives to drive project success and cultivate excellence in delivery strategy. As a key member of the Customer Success leadership team, you will oversee the delivery strategy for regional strategic customers. Your focus involves collaborating with the Sales and Technology Directors, ensuring our strategies align with customer needs. You'll manage a team dedicated to enhancing margins, billability, and overall team satisfaction while creating a culture of continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement regional delivery strategies for key clients
  • Engage C-level executives to establish and maintain relationships
  • Manage team performance, focusing on results and employee satisfaction
  • Translate project outcomes into cost savings and improved sales
  • Support project delivery through hands-on involvement and site visits
Requirements:
  • Over 10 years of experience in management roles
  • 6+ years in the financial sector
  • Experience in startup or scaleup environments
  • Proven record of managing budgets above $2.5 million
  • Masters degree in a business-related field preferred
