Enterprise Solutions Engineering Manager

Lead enterprise solutions engineering at NetApp across Ontario, Montreal, Toronto, or Ottawa, using technical pre-sales expertise and team leadership.

This country-level leader manages experienced, field-facing Solutions Engineers across Canada. You will shape enterprise pre-sales strategy, support complex opportunities, and connect technical execution with business priorities. The work spans data infrastructure, storage, hybrid or multicloud environments, and customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, develop, and inspire Enterprise Solutions Engineers
• Shape technical pre-sales strategy with Canadian sales leadership
• Guide discovery, solution design, validation, and technical wins
• Coach competitive deals and executive customer conversations
• Manage pipeline, coverage, capacity, recruiting, and development

Requirements:

• 10+ years in solutions or sales engineering
• 2+ years leading technical pre-sales teams
• Enterprise data infrastructure or storage technical background
• Complex enterprise sales cycle experience
• Willingness to travel throughout Canada
