Accounts Receivable Specialist at SOCi

Elevate your finance career with SOCi as an Accounts Receivable Specialist. This role focuses on customer communication and billing processes in a collaborative work environment. At SOCi, recognized for its innovative AI-powered marketing solutions, you'll manage the accounts receivable process. You'll be the key communicator for customer inquiries, oversee invoice delivery, and ensure timely payments across a diverse portfolio. Collaboration is vital as you'll work closely with Customer Success, Sales, and Finance teams to support seamless billing and collections. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage billing inbox, responding to inquiries quickly
- Coordinate customer billing setup to meet requirements
- Submit invoices on time through customer portals
- Apply payments and reconcile accounts accurately
- Provide updates on high-priority accounts to leadership
- 2+ years in Accounts Receivable or related role
- Experience with NetSuite or Salesforce preferred
- Advanced Excel skills required
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Understanding of basic accounting principles
