Salesforce Administrator at Collabria Financial

Elevate your career as a Salesforce Administrator with Collabria Financial. This remote role focuses on Salesforce and ITSM platform management, offering opportunities for innovation and professional growth. In this senior position, you'll be responsible for administering and enhancing Collabria's Salesforce Service Cloud and Halo platforms. Your work will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot issues, implement integrations, and maintain documentation while supporting the transition to Marketing Cloud Next. A strong foundation in ITSM and Salesforce administration is essential to meet the dynamic needs of our organization. Key Responsibilities:

Configure and deploy Salesforce enhancements
Support case management and reporting processes
Collaborate on transitioning to Marketing Cloud Next
Address incidents and automation errors
Plan and execute platform changes with change management in mind

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
Six years in platform administration or development
Proficiency in Flow, Apex, and SOQL
Experience with ITSM platforms like Halo or ServiceNow
Bilingual in French and English is a plus
