Your role is pivotal in managing client engagements, ensuring timely project completion while maximizing team efficiency. You will leverage your extensive knowledge in valuation principles to drive strategic planning and continuous improvement within the department. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure new business opportunities
- Deliver client-specific valuation solutions and presentations
- Analyze market trends to inform strategies
- Supervise ongoing projects and ensure high-quality deliverables
- Train and guide analysts to enhance their performance
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree and AACI designation essential
- 5 to 8 years of relevant industry experience required
- Strong command of Microsoft Office and Argus software
- Excellent management and organizational capabilities
- Effective communication and client engagement skills
