Applied AI Technical Lead at Mistral

Elevate enterprise AI solutions as a Technical Lead at Mistral, where you'll leverage your expertise to guide project delivery and shape technical strategy. Your role will impact various critical industries. As the Technical Lead for Applied AI, you will be the driving force behind the successful deployment of AI products at Mistral. Leading a talented team of Applied AI Engineers, you will mentor and guide them through the intricacies of AI project development. Your role includes direct engagement with clients, from initial discussions through to implementation and feedback integration. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality code for complex AI initiatives
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
- Lead customer-focused pre-sales discussions
- Design intricate AI systems and custom applications
- Identify and champion best practices in AI deployment
- Advanced degree in AI, Machine Learning, or related field
- 7/8+ years in AI/ML with at least 2 years in leadership
- Proven success in managing AI project deliveries
- Expertise in fine-tuning LLMs and machine learning tools
- Strong software engineering and API development skills
