Health, Safety and Environment Leader

Become a key player in Fero's proactive safety culture as the Health, Safety and Environment Manager. Lead critical safety initiatives in a controlled modular construction facility without travel. Fero is seeking an experienced Health, Safety and Environment Manager to champion the development of a robust safety culture. With over 10 years in the HSE field and a CRSP designation, you will oversee compliance, risk assessment, and safety training within the plant. This hands-on role lets you build strong relationships with on-site teams, making a significant impact on safety practices. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective safety programs
- Conduct risk assessments and mitigation strategies
- Analyze incidents to implement corrective actions
- Drive safety training and compliance initiatives
- Manage HSE and WSIB reporting effectively
- Minimum 10 years in HSE roles, 2 in leadership
- CRSP and NCSO designations required
- Experience in construction or high-risk manufacturing
- Strong communication skills across all levels
- Proficient in MS Office applications
