In this Accounting Manager role, you will be responsible for overseeing financial operations including AP/AR, financial reporting, and month-end closes. This position demands strong oversight skills, focusing on compliance and leading cross-functional initiatives while supporting a high-energy, service-oriented culture. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Accounts Payable and Receivable operations
- Ensure precision in month-end and year-end financial reports
- Enforce internal controls and manage audit processes
- Oversee vendor payments and corporate credit card operations
- Foster and develop a high-performing team culture
- CPA designation or significant relevant experience
- Degree in Accounting or Business advantageous
- Deep knowledge of financial statement preparation
- Proficient in financial systems and reporting
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
