Compliance Manager for Affirm Card Program
Affirm
Take the lead as a Compliance Manager at Affirm, focusing on compliance advisory for the affirm Card program in a remote-first work environment. Your expertise will shape compliant card features and support legal, compliance, and operational teams. In this senior role at Affirm, you will own the compliance advisory for various aspects of the affirm Card program, including card marketing, onboarding processes, and dispute resolution. You are expected to navigate complex regulatory scenarios, ensuring compliance with EFTA, TILA, and UDAAP while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams on innovative product features. Key Responsibilities:
- Own compliance advisory for affirm Card across multiple functions
- Assess and approve marketing and UX for regulatory compliance
- Lead root-cause analysis for compliance issues
- Partner with compliance teams for regulatory examinations
- Maintain ongoing compliance risk assessments and training materials
- 8+ years in compliance within financial services
- Deep knowledge of EFTA, TILA, and card product regulations
- Experience in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Strong communication skills for non-compliance audiences
- Self-directed with problem-solving capabilities
