Compliance Manager for Affirm Card Program
Affirm
Lead compliance for the Affirm Card program at Affirm, with a focus on regulatory advisory and partnerships. Deliver compliance excellence across card marketing, onboarding, and dispute handling. Affirm is looking for a Compliance Manager to oversee compliance advisory for its innovative Affirm Card program. This role demands strong expertise in EFTA and TILA, ensuring regulatory adherence while collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Operations. You will navigate unique regulatory challenges, making risk-based decisions and providing insights into evolving card features. Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end compliance for the Affirm Card program
- Provide compliance advisory during card feature development
- Review card marketing and UX for regulatory alignment
- Lead root-cause analysis for compliance issues
- Prepare for regulatory exams and audits
- 8+ years in compliance within financial services
- Deep knowledge of EFTA and TILA regulations
- Proven ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication abilities with stakeholders
