Job Summary: Are you a proactive, detail-oriented professional looking to make a significant impact? Join our Project Management Office (PMO) team as a Project Coordinator! In this role, you'll play a crucial part in supporting Project and Program Managers by organizing and facilitating meetings, managing resources and finances, maintaining RAID logs, and tracking project progress. Your efforts will help cultivate stakeholder relationships, support the Workday Project module, and handle resource forecasting, administrative tasks, training development, and Excel reporting. Be a key player in our dynamic team, where your contributions will ensure smooth project execution and drive our organization's success. What you'll be doing:

• Support Project and Program Managers: Take comprehensive meeting minutes, organize project status updates, manage resource allocation, and oversee program financials.
• RAID Log Management: Maintain and update RAID logs, including action plan deadlines and task/blocker/issues tracking, in collaboration with PMs.
• Effective Communication: Translate technical concepts into business-friendly language, ensuring clear and effective communication across teams.
• Project Monitoring: Adhere to PMO standards while monitoring and coordinating project execution.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Build and nurture partnerships with business stakeholders and PMO teams.
• Workday Support: Provide support for the Workday Project module, Time Tracking, and Adaptive reporting, including uploading resources and forecasts.
• Administrative Excellence: Offer administrative support for the PMO and individual users within the Workday system.
• Training Development: Create training videos, process documents, and standard project templates to enhance team capabilities.
• Excel Reporting: Develop and maintain Excel-based reports tailored to stakeholder requirements.
• Resource Management: Handle monthly and weekly resource capacity planning, utilization analysis, FTE over-allocation, and project planned vs. actual reporting.
• Additional Duties: Perform various other tasks as delegated or assigned.

What you'll have:

• Experience: Typically, 3-5 years of experience with multiple Workday modules and a background in Computer Science or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excel Proficiency: Advanced skills in MS Excel (including Macros, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and Power Pivot) with 3-5 years of experience.
• PMO Reporting: 1-2 years of experience in PMO portfolio and capacity planning reporting.
• Workday Expertise: Experience with administrative tasks within the Workday Project Module and reporting.
• Key Skills: Strong project management abilities, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, effective collaboration and teamwork, and robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Documentation Quality: Ability to produce high-quality documentation for both internal and external use.
• Organizational Skills: Highly motivated with excellent organizational, planning, and prioritizing skills, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
• Pressure Handling: A strong drive to complete tasks efficiently under pressure.
• Learning Enthusiasm: Eagerness to learn and grow within the PMO, expanding your current knowledge.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work across different time zones (EST/PST) to meet the needs of the program team.

Salary range: $55,000-$66,600 The salary represents the job rate determined for the successful candidate who is fully competent in the role.
