Lead the Canadian Product Management team at Global Excel as a Product Director. Oversee product strategies, manage a dynamic team, and drive operational excellence in a SAFe environment. As the Product Director, you will provide both strategic and operational leadership to the Product Management team at Global Excel. Your role includes defining product vision, organizing resources for optimal value delivery, and maintaining alignment across the product lifecycle. You'll work with cross-functional teams to ensure effective market launches and tangible customer benefits. Key Responsibilities:
- Establish product strategy and roadmap for Canadian portfolio
- Define operating model for governance and prioritization
- Oversee ART readiness and product planning processes
- Sponsor initiatives to improve customer experience and operational efficiency
- Directly manage and develop Product Managers and Product Owners
- 10+ years in product management leadership
- Experience in travel insurance, insurance, or financial services
- Strong SAFe delivery model experience
- Proven track record in stakeholder management
- Exceptional strategic and analytical thinking skills
