Front End Service Clerk (Shawnessy)

Job Responsibility:

We're currently seeking a Clerks to join our Customer Service team! This position reports directly to the Customer Service Supervisors, and some of the main responsibilities include;

• Opening and closing duties, setting up storefront, filling supplies, cleaning mats, preparing and assisting in organizing deliveries and providing wrapping carry out service to meet customer satisfaction.
• Provides customer service and maintains positive customer relations through the proper handling of questions, comments, requests and complaints.
• Performs duties following established Occupational Health and Safety, Food Safety and Environmental regulations and policies to ensure the health and safety of all staff and customers
Handles merchandise ensuring quality, minimizing damages and markdowns

What skills and abilities will you need to be considered?

• Grade 9 or acceptable combination of education and experience
Must be fluent in English (CLBA-Canadian Language Benchmark Assessment score of 5 or higher)

Previous retail or related experience
