Account Manager for SaaS Fraud Solutions

Be the primary contact for customer inquiries and concerns
Build a deep understanding of Sardine's technology and strategy
Simplify complex product challenges into actionable solutions
Advise on best practices in fraud compliance
Monitor KPIs and communicate findings effectively

Requirements:

7+ years in Account Management or Customer Success
Experience in fraud, compliance, or fintech is preferred
Strong presentation skills for diverse stakeholders
Background with technical products
Exceptional project management and analytical skills
