We are seeking a highly accomplished Senior IT Artificial Intelligence (AI) Architect/Designer for an enterprise-level contract opportunity based in Toronto. In this role, you will take on a premier artificial intelligence strategy, enterprise architecture, and technical solution design capacity, specializing in designing and implementing scalable AI, machine learning, and advanced language processing frameworks across the organization.

As a senior AI architect, you will bridge the gap between business objectives, data science initiatives, and enterprise technology platforms. Operating fully onsite in Toronto, you will establish conceptual, logical, and physical architectures for AI solutions, incorporating state-of-the-art Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) patterns. This position demands a visionary technical authority who can evaluate emerging AI trends, author comprehensive architectural deliverables, facilitate stakeholder discussions, and guide project teams toward sustainable digital transformation.

Evaluate AI security, privacy controls, data governance policies, and ethical standards across proposed architectural models.

Ensure all technical designs conform to enterprise architecture gating processes and public sector compliance standards.

AI Strategy & Architecture: Extensive hands-on experience developing organizational AI strategies and creating conceptual, logical, and physical architecture models.

Advanced AI Technologies: Proven expertise designing solutions with Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning (ML), Large Language Models (LLM), and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
