Onboarding Specialist for Financial Advisors

Become an Onboarding Specialist in the financial services sector, helping advisor teams transition efficiently and effectively. This role requires attention to detail in managing documentation and operational workflows. You will play a crucial role in the onboarding process by ensuring accurate account setups, facilitating transfers, and maintaining communication among various stakeholders. This position is ideal for organized individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced and changing environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with partner office transitions from beginning to end
- Review and prepare necessary account opening documentation
- Track and troubleshoot documentation and transfer processes
- Coordinate operational needs with compliance and technology teams
- Provide support and communication for advisor teams
- 2-5+ years in financial services onboarding or operations
- Knowledge of KYC/AML and account documentation requirements
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Clear communication with advisors and the operational team
- Good adaptability to ongoing changes and process improvements
