Power BI, Snowflake, and SQL define this Manager, Analytics & Reporting role supporting US Commercial operations. Work averages at least three office days weekly, with flexibility.At Alexion, this manager creates trusted analytics for Specialty Pharmacy, Specialty Infusion Providers, inventory management, and Trade & Distribution. You will build dashboards, semantic models, scorecards, and self-service capabilities. The role partners with Commercial Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Market Access, and other leaders.Key Responsibilities:
Design and maintain end-to-end Specialty Pharmacy reporting solutionsBuild reusable Power BI dashboards, models, and scorecardsDefine measures and translate requirements into technical designsAnalyze trends, risks, anomalies, and operational exceptionsEstablish governance, validation, lineage, and reporting controlsRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a related fieldFive-plus years of relevant analytics or industry experienceHands-on Power BI, Snowflake, SQL, DAX, and Power QueryExperience with data modeling and large datasetsStrong communication, stakeholder management, and project management skillsLead scalable Power BI analytics and reporting with Snowflake, SQL, governance, and commercial data expertise at Alexion.
