Job Description

Are you outgoing, motivated, and enjoy connecting with people? Kognitive Sales Solutions is hiring Sales Representatives in Sarnia to represent a trusted financial brand in major retail locations.

This people-focused role involves engaging customers, understanding their needs, and helping them find the right credit card for their lifestyle.

Responsibilities

Connect with customers, explain product benefits, and recommend solutions based on their needs
Drive customer acquisition while delivering an exceptional experience from first conversation to application
Build strong relationships with customers and store teams while becoming the in-store product expert
Maintain confidentiality and work across multiple locations as needed

What We’re Looking For

Friendly, confident, and comfortable starting conversations
Strong communication skills and motivated by sales goals
Sales/customer service experience is an asset, but not required
Professional, trustworthy, and open to ongoing coaching
Criminal and credit background checks required
Driver’s license/vehicle is an asset, but not required
