Are you outgoing, motivated, and enjoy connecting with people? Kognitive Sales Solutions is hiring Sales Representatives in Sarnia to represent a trusted financial brand in major retail locations.
This people-focused role involves engaging customers, understanding their needs, and helping them find the right credit card for their lifestyle.
Responsibilities
- Connect with customers, explain product benefits, and recommend solutions based on their needs
- Drive customer acquisition while delivering an exceptional experience from first conversation to application
- Build strong relationships with customers and store teams while becoming the in-store product expert
- Maintain confidentiality and work across multiple locations as needed

What We’re Looking For

- Strong communication skills and motivated by sales goals
- Sales/customer service experience is an asset, but not required
- Professional, trustworthy, and open to ongoing coaching
- Criminal and credit background checks required
- Driver’s license/vehicle is an asset, but not required
