Customer Service Center Representative

We are looking for a permanent, full-time CSC Rep to help grow our business and contribute to our future.
In this role, you will provide support for registry services including the Land Registry and Personal Property Registry (PPR) and Bank Act Security Registry (BASR). Reporting to Customer Service Centre Manager, other highlights include:- Provides instruction to clients from corporations, the public, government officials, banks and professional groups such as Solicitors, Real Estate Representatives, etc. with regards to packet registrations/rejections, procedural inquiries, and registration questions.
- Ensures accurate and complete registration processing through review, examination, and research of packets/submissions.
- Performs accounting duties using the Client Account Management System daily, including financial and clerical transactions. Key Qualifications:
