About the Role

As a Client Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for clients, both in person and through day-to-day communication. You will work in office with a young, dynamic team that operates with a strong family-style culture—supportive, collaborative, and focused on helping each other grow.

All training is provided, and you will have access to tools, systems, and ongoing development workshops that strengthen your communication, leadership, and professional skill set.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients in person
• Provide clear, accurate, and friendly support across various client inquiries
• Maintain strong product and service knowledge
• Prepare documents, handle client updates, and ensure all information is entered accurately
• Follow established service procedures while also contributing ideas to improve the client experience
• Work closely with office leadership and teammates to support daily goals
• Participate in meetings, workshops, and training sessions to build your confidence and skill set
• Represent the company professionally in all interactions
