Furniture Sales Manager

Our showroom features stylish, functional, and sophisticated furniture collections, helping customers create their dream living spaces. If you're passionate about the furniture industry and have strong sales skills, we'd love for you to join our team as a vital part of our growing success!
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in the showroom, understand their needs, and provide tailored furniture recommendations .
- Drive furniture sales by achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure an exceptional service experience.
- Manage showroom displays and ensure furniture is showcased according to brand standards.
- Conduct market analysis and provide insights to improve sales strategies.
- Coordinate with logistics and delivery teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum of 2 years of furniture sales experience , with a solid understanding of the furniture market.
- Strong sales and customer service skills, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Passion for furniture and interior design, with a keen eye for aesthetics and trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a target-driven environment.
- Mandarin is an asset.
