We are currently looking for a Warehouse Lead Hand to join Radiant and be part of our dynamic team.

LOCATION: 12480 Coleraine Dr, Bolton, ON

SHIFT: 2:30PM - 11:00PM

What You'll Do:

• Assist with assigning and prioritizing duties in order to meet customer requirements.
• Investigate issues to find the root cause. Recommend solutions to resolve and prevent recurrence.
• Resolve escalated process issues with the team.
• Train new employees on processes and procedures.
• Assist with inventory control processes. Note and communicate inventory discrepancies.
• Operate Reach Truck (Raymond Reach) and Order Picker to load and unload trucks and move goods within the facility.
• Receive, handle, ship and store goods.
• Pull, pack, stage and prepare orders for shipment.
• Ensure orders are ready for shipment to customers in adherence to delivery schedules.
• Ensure a clean and safe working environment through adherence to security and safety policies.
• Other duties and assignments as required.

What You Bring to the Role:

• Minimum 2 years' experience of Reach Truck and Order Picker in a warehouse / distribution centre. Order picker experience is an asset.
• Prior leadership / supervisory experience.
• Experience working in a GMP / AIB facility is a definite asset.
• Ability to manually lift / carry product / boxes of various sizes up to 50 lbs.
• Effective and professional communication skills - writing (email etiquette), speaking, listening.
• Effective communication skills in English - read, write, listen and speak.
• Experience with warehouse management system (WMS).
• Able to work safely and effectively under pressure in a time sensitive environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.00 per hour

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
