About the role Join Thales Canada as a Validation and Verification Test Specialist, operating in a hybrid model from Ottawa. Your expertise in IVVQ will help shape the next generation of defence solutions. This role focuses on leading integration, verification, validation, and qualification activities critical to the LC4ISR program.
What You’ll Do You will leverage your solid background in Agile practices as either a Product Owner or Scrum Master, ensuring effective backlog management, sprint execution, and stakeholder collaboration. Attention to detail and effective communication abilities are essential for success.
Key Responsibilities Define and implement IVVQ strategies and test procedures
Manage comprehensive test campaigns in real and controlled environments
Analyze requirements and ensure traceability throughout the testing process
Document defects and support corrective actions through detailed reporting
Drive Agile ceremonies and facilitate cross-team alignment
Requirements At least 8 years of relevant IV&V experience
Proven experience in requirements analysis and test management
Solid collaborative and leadership capabilities
Excellent analytical and communication skills
Familiarity with tools like Jira, DOORS, or Polarion
