Environmental Services Manager – Full Time Location: 5BeckBlvd., Penetanguishene. Responsibilities

Under the direction of the General Manager, the Environmental Services Manager is responsible for the provision of effective Housekeeping, Laundry, and Maintenance Services for the Home, residents, and staff. Duties include maintaining the Home, its equipment, and linens in a state of good repair and cleanliness; ensuring a safe environment for residents, visitors, and staff; and complying with applicable laws and regulations. Qualifications

Post‑secondary degree or diploma preferred. Knowledge of evidence‑based housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance practices. Minimum five years of maintenance‑related work experience preferred. Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to develop conceptual alternatives. Ability to interpret and implement applicable laws and regulations, including the Health and Safety Act. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with cleaning products. Excellent customer service orientation. Basic mathematical skills. Highly flexible with solid interpersonal skills for a diverse environment. Project follow‑through and ability to manage overlapping tasks. Resourcefulness, flexibility, and adaptability.
