Paid Media Strategist Google Ads

As a Google Ads Specialist at Blacksmith Agency, you will own paid media for a book of clients. You will make targeting, budget, roadmap, and campaign decisions. The work includes conversion tracking, attribution, and explaining performance narratives directly to clients on calls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage paid media across four advertising platforms
- Allocate budgets, adjust bids, and refine targeting
- Test creative and decide when campaigns should stop
- Maintain conversion tracking through GA4 and tag manager
- Build roadmaps and support retention, upsell, and relationships
Requirements:
- Three-plus years hands-on with Google Ads and Meta
- Experience building, running, and optimizing campaigns yourself
- Demonstrated movement in ROAS, CPA, or pipeline metrics
- Agency experience managing several clients simultaneously
- Clear spoken English for live calls with US clients
