Insurance Customer Service and Sales - Desjardins Insurance Agent Team Member

Location: Collingwood, ON Type: Full - Time Position

Position Overview:

Karen Logan-Hartle Insurance Agency Inc., is looking for an enthusiastic career oriented, full-time team member with lots of energy, who is comfortable with office work and dealing with clients and sales. For over 39 years, we have been an established insurance office, located in Collingwood, Ontario. Our office helps customers with their Property and Casualty Insurance, along with Financial Service needs, including Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance and Renters Insurance.

Responsibilities:

• Auto and Property Service and Sales.
• Establish customer relationships and follow-up with customers as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service which can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claim guidance, and billing clarifications.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Property and Casualty license (have or must be able to obtain; ALL TRAINING AND LICENSING EXPENSES WILL BE PAID FOR BY US, WITH LOTS OF SUPPORT!
• Sales Experience will be a valued asset, but an energetic, enthusiastic Team Player can be trained.
• Able to multi-task effectively/Detail oriented with good organizational skills
• Comfortable on the phone with a warm and pleasant telephone manner
• Friendly, positive, optimistic and upbeat attitude/Confident, approachable and outgoing
• Excellent communication skills, good conversationalist
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Able to learn computer functions/Proficient in Microsoft Office-Outlook, Word and Excel

Salary Range: $40000 - $60000 / Year depending on experience including Salary & Bonus and other incentives. This is an-in office position, not remote.
