Position Overview  

We are looking for a   Lot Attendant   to join our team at   BMW/Mini Regina . The successful candidate is someone who is passionate about the automotive industry and eager to contribute to our growing team.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities  

· To be aware of the importance of exceeding our customers’ expectations on delivery of vehicle.

· Keep all vehicles clean and ready for delivery or display.

· Start all vehicles, check for dead batteries and recharge any that are dead.

· Keep inventory arranged in neat and orderly fashion and clean at all times.

· Keep work area free of debris and trash from vehicles.

· Keep the delivery area free of other vehicles and debris.

· During winter months keep doorways shoveled, sanded and cleared. Also, clear snow and ice from cars in lot.

· Perform tasks as directed by Sales Manager that will assist in the smooth flow of the company.

· This position will be expected to perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications Required  

· Possess a valid Driver’s License, ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission, and present a current copy of your driver’s abstract for review.

· Ability to work cooperatively with other employees

· Ability to operate assigned equipment

· Attention to detail and high-quality control standards

· Ability to work effectively against deadlines
