Founding Marketing Leader at Kantoko

Kantoko is seeking a Founding Head of Growth and Marketing to spearhead our marketing initiatives. Help redefine ADHD care by shaping our brand and community outreach in this hybrid role in Sydney. In this pivotal position, you will build the marketing function from the ground up. This role places you at the forefront of strategic decisions regarding paid acquisition, branding, and community engagement, allowing for significant impact. You'll collaborate directly with the founding team as we embark on our exciting growth journey. Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end marketing strategy implementation
- Develop and execute paid acquisition campaigns
- Build a compelling brand narrative and presence
- Foster community engagement and support initiatives
- Collaborate with the founding team on strategic growth
- Proven experience in growth and marketing roles
- Ability to craft and execute innovative marketing strategies
- Strong understanding of community building and brand development
- Experience in early-stage startups or similar environments
- Passion for making a difference in mental health care
