We are looking for A temporary full-time Social Enterprise Retail Associate

The successful candidate must be an enthusiastic individual who supports our vision of inclusion, independence, support, and acceptance of persons with varying abilities.

The Social Enterprise Retail Associate will report directly to the Manager of Community Living and the Learning and Employment Centre. As a member of the Social Enterprise team, you will play an active role in contributing to the success of Breton Ability Centre's Social Enterprises.

Qualifications:

· Three to five years experience working in a customer retail setting. Grade 12 or GED equivalent education is required. A diploma in business/office administration or a degree in business administration would be considered an asset;

· Three to five years experience operating a point of sale. Experience operating Shopify point-of-sale software would be considered an asset;

· Have an excellent work and attendance record;

· Required to take and stay current in all mandatory education, including but not limited to CPR, First Aid, Emergency Plan, and WHMIS;

· Comfortable working in a team environment and actively contributing to the Community and Business Development and Social Enterprise Teams;

· Energetic friendly individual who has a great attitude and excellent work ethic;

· Initiative, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn are essential attributes;

· A positive attitude towards teamwork and cooperation;

· Adaptability & flexibility;

· Excellent decision-making and problem-solving ability;

· Leadership & relationship building skills;

Salary Information: Social Enterprise Retail Associate -$16.69 hourly
