Build generative AI applications and automation as a Senior AI Engineering Developer at National Bank’s multidisciplinary AI Solutions team. Apply Python or TypeScript and JavaScript expertise.
This senior position transforms business needs into practical AI solutions for Capital Markets and Treasury Risk Management. You will collaborate with risk, business, and operations teams while developing production-ready software, LLM solutions, or AI agents. The work includes APIs, databases, data integration, automated testing, and safeguards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify high-value opportunities with risk, business, and operations teams
- Translate business needs into technical designs and delivery plans
- Build applications, assistants, and automated workflows
- Integrate software, application logic, data handling, and user-facing features
- Evaluate solutions using testing, feedback, privacy, and human-review controls
Requirements:
- Diploma in a related field and relevant experience
- Production-ready software development and delivery experience
- Generative AI, LLM solution, or AI agent development experience
- Strong Python or TypeScript and JavaScript programming skills
- Experience with APIs, databases, data integration, and automated testing
