QA Associate - Eurofins BioPharma Product Testing Toronto, Inc.

QA Associate role providing documentation and technical support for pharmaceutical clients in a GMP environment. Responsibilities include reviewing regulatory documents, coordinating product releases, managing stability programs, and supporting compliance activities under senior supervision.

Responsibilities

• Review and reconcile GMP documents including batch records and certificates of analysis
• Coordinate product release and ensure compliance with quality standards
• Assess and trend product stability programs and manage non-conformance investigations
• Support deviation, CAPA, and change control evaluations and documentation
• Assist with inspections, audits, and client SOP training and maintenance

Requirements

• 1-2 years experience in GMP environment
• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, or Biochemistry; or related diploma
• Solid understanding of chemistry and microbiology fundamentals
• Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly Excel
• Fluent French communication skills, verbal and written
• Willingness to travel within Canada for business purposes
• Pharmaceutical, Natural Health Products, or Medical Devices experience preferred
