This senior marketing position oversees paid digital strategy for a platform serving healthcare providers and patients. You will guide agency execution, manage a substantial budget, and mentor junior team members while collaborating with marketing, creative, and data teams. The work emphasizes qualified providers, revenue, incrementality, and efficient campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee paid media planning and execution for customer acquisition
• Use incrementality testing and offline conversion tracking
• Evaluate emerging channels, including CTV and LinkedIn
• Mentor team members and coordinate external partners
• Improve reporting, automation, and creative iteration processes

Requirements:

• Seven or more years of paid digital campaign management
• Knowledge of United States and Canadian healthcare advertising
• Experience managing five million dollars or more annually
• Exceptional analytical skills with large data sets
• Experience with budgeting, invoicing, and margin management
