Job Description
As a Customer Service Clerk You will be responsible for handling returns and warranties at the distribution center.
This is a regular full-time position located in Long Sault.

Your main responsibilities:
- Follow up with customers on product recalls issued by headquarters
- Conduct necessary research for all customer credit requests
- Request return authorizations from suppliers and complete the appropriate forms
- Manage supplier return warranties
Qualifications
To join our team, you must, among other things:
- Have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position
- Have a very good knowledge of Excel as well as knowledge of AS400 and Access (an asset)
- Be bilingual in French and English, as you will frequently collaborate with clients across Canada.
