Collaborate with stakeholders while representing the Bank to regulatory authorities, ensuring alignment with laws and regulations. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and enhance the Consumer Protection Compliance Framework
- Establish effective governance, policies, and reporting processes
- Advise on regulatory laws, risks, and compliance measures
- Represent the Bank during regulatory interactions and audits
- Develop training programs promoting fairness and transparency
- University degree with 6-10 years in regulatory compliance
- Strong knowledge of Canadian consumer protection legislation
- Experience in implementing compliance frameworks
- Ability to translate regulatory requirements into solutions
- Effective communication with senior leadership
